Separation or job loss can be a factor that leads to pain, depressive symptoms, health and anxiety issues,assisting clients work through these issues and offering support and referrals can help ease the distress in difficult times.
Working with families, parents and children or other relatives of importance to the family system, in a holistic way, by collaborating with the system and hierarchy of the family to promote positive and sustained changes. This bring balance and harmony back to the family by understanding their loved ones from a different perspective. Family Genetic traits, and patterns along with environmental stresses can be identified while working together in a person centered way to help and support all family members.
Many individuals experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances they have endured both emotionally mentally and physically. Anxiety, fear, shame and hopelessness etc, are some of these emotions that can linger from past traumatic events. We can help clients overcome these symptoms and support them through the process of grief and healing. Online sessions can be held from the comfort of your our own home at a time that is convenient for you if clients prefer.

Touch for Health is a form of kinesiology that aims to restore the human body to its natural state of balance and health by combining principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine with other more orthodox techniques. We use muscle testing or monitoring to assess energy stresses before applying a range of gentle, yet powerful, healing techniques to improve health, wellbeing and vitality. Some of these techniques include, diet modification, stress release, visualization and positive goal setting.

Energy Psychology
Energy psychology is a relatively new method of therapy that combines Eastern approaches to the mind and body with Western psychology and psychotherapy philosophies. Practitioners of energy psychology/psychotherapy believe that tapping acupuncture points while thinking about a stress or negative feeling will improve conditions such as anxiety disorders, phobias, Trauma and stress and allows clients to acknowledge the feeling and then give themselves permission to release it safely. Other natural therapies such as Psych K and Theta healing and creative visualisation help to change limiting beliefs and clients take on positive helpful beliefs to achieve a balanced, happier, healthier life. All of these natural healing modalities help clients change their energy frequency become more harmonised and balanced therefore attracting more positive energy and people into their life.
Vianna Stibal witnessed her own healing two decades ago, she found that our beliefs and emotions influence us on a core, subconscious, history, genetic, and soul level.
